Customers frequently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication of technicians who handle ant, rat, and mite issues. Many reviewers note that staff explain treatments and repair entry points, while the company maintains a high rating with active owner responses. However, several low-star reviews cite communication failures, such as missed appointments without notification, and describe instances where inspections or maintenance jobs were perceived as incomplete or rushed.

He contacted me before he came and was very polite and thorough when he got here. We do have a neighbor who recently tore out some very big bushes and we had a bunch of ants today the day after he sprayed. Pretty thick trail of ants right by our fence by our driveway.
Susan, we appreciate your note about his courtesy and thoroughness. Making sure you feel informed and respected is important to us.

The techs always check in before doing their work and are open to suggestions for improvement. They leave me extra sticky traps in between services for my own use as needed. The company communicates well and always follows up if needed. I would not return back to my former pest control company. They were a referral from a trusted friend.
Hearing how California Exterminating Service’s proactive approach and thoughtful extras like sticky traps made a positive impact truly highlights the dedication of our team.
