Customers consistently praise the company for punctual arrivals, rapid response times, and clear communication regarding necessary repairs. Reviewers note fair pricing and professional service across various tasks, including furnace maintenance, air conditioning repairs, and water heater fixes. One common criticism involves confusion over the cost of initial estimates, with a customer finding the fee for a commercial heating unit visit higher than expected despite the website listing free estimates.

I needed to repair the heater in my home, so I called California HVAC, and they arrived right on time. The technician was very honest in telling me that it couldn't be fixed—that even if he repaired it, it would just break down again—so I decided to wait until I could get a new one. I was very impressed by the professionalism with which the service was provided. I would definitely call this company again.

Jorge and his assistant were very professional, knowledgeable, and the best part is they were so fast! They came within hours of me calling, explained what needed to be done and why (which I appreciate, because so often people don’t show you what’s wrong they just tell you), and the problem was fixed a few hours later. Pricing was fair and service was top notch. Considering I have not had any maintenance on my heater in 10+ years, they did a great job bringing it back up to speed. Highly recommend!
