Excelente y profesional,me encantó.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. During the installation, my appliances were scratched. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue, the company denied that they caused the damage. That was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The communication was also very poor. I repeatedly sent emails asking when the installation was going to take place, but I often received no response. Whenever I followed up, there always seemed to be an excuse, such as someone being out of the office. As far as the product itself, it seems to be good, and I actually like the windows. However, having a good product is only part of the experience. The lack of communication, customer service, and accountability makes a big difference. I have another apartment that needs new windows, but based on my experience, I will definitely not recommend this company and will not use them again.

Calleja’s Windows and Doors gave us something that is hard to put a price on, they gave us the confidence that we had made the right choice! From our very first conversation, we felt that this was a family-owned business that genuinely takes pride in what they do. Everyone we dealt with was honest, respectful, professional, and truly willing to accommodate our needs and all the little details that were important to us throughout our project. The installation team did an outstanding job. They were meticulous, patient, and never rushed through the work. It was obvious that they cared about doing the job properly and delivering quality workmanship. At the end of each installation day, they also made sure everything was cleaned up nicely and left our home spotless. A very special thank you to Manuel, the project manager, who truly went above and beyond throughout our entire project. Every time he came to the property, he took the time to listen carefully to everything we wanted and every detail we wanted addressed. He never left until he was sure we were completely satisfied. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine pride in the work really stood out to us. We also want to thank Liliam, who was always so kind and patient with all my questions, calls, and messages. I definitely had plenty of details and requests along the way, and she was always pleasant and helpful while going back and forth with me. I truly appreciated that. Our new black doors and windows look absolutely beautiful, and we are truly happy with both the quality of the products and the craftsmanship. Calleja’s is a company we would confidently recommend to anyone looking for new windows and doors. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, and throughout the process we felt that we were dealing with people who were honest and genuinely cared about doing a good job. Most importantly, they are simply good, decent people who stand behind their work. That is becoming harder and harder to find, and we truly appreciate it. La peor atención al cliente, recibida. En los inicios, para conseguir el contrato se esmeraron y atendieron a cualquier hora, una vez firmado la incomunicación fue abismal. Detrás de excusas y justificaciones, esconden informalidades y demoras en el propio contrato, amparados según ellos, en las demoras de los proveedores de sus productos, porque no son fabricantes. Alejandro, Lliliam y Sergio (hijo) sabrán de lo que hablo. La única mención positiva, es para el Sr. Manuel y los instaladores.

This is the second time we have used Calleja's Windows and Doors. Excellent workmanship with attention to detail. Respectful of the property. Cleaned up very well. Exceptionally pleasant and helpful workers. Listened to my concerns. Lili in the office was always extremely pleasant, always returned calls and was quick to follow up on all details. We have absolutely no reservations about highly recommending Calleja's Windows.

Windows and doors look really good, they did a great job on the installation and permitting which can always be an hassle but it was pretty seamless. Very good pricing, we had to wait a little bit for the production but that's understandable, no complaints great job Calleja's !

We are so happy and thankful that we went with Sergio and his team! Everything from pricing, financing options, installation, and even clean up was seamless and spectacular! His team of installers moved all of my interior and exterior furniture and covered everything up and cleaned up every day after working. I honestly went through quite a few window and door companies and had quite a few estimates. Sergio was by far the fairest and most transparent in his pricing and provided me the necessary time to think about such a large project and exemplified patient and a wonderful business ethic. Apart from great looking windows and doors and a wonderful project completed. My dog also loved Sergio and his team… So there’s that :-)

I recently had a hurricane impact door installed by Calleja Impact Window & Door and was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was done correctly from start to finish. The installation crew did an amazing job protecting my home by covering furniture, tables, and artwork during the install. The final door came out beautiful, and I’ve already received several compliments from neighbors. I also appreciated the team personally delivering the door handle later that same day when it arrived separately. That level of care and customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be reaching back out to install my remaining windows and sliding back door. Highly recommend!

I just finished the installation of all my windows and doors with Callejas Windows & Doors and I’m very happy with the final result. The pricing was competitive, and one of the best things about working with them is that they truly make sure you are satisfied with the outcome and are willing to make any adjustments you ask for. They are really focused on customer satisfaction and making sure clients are happy with the final result. Sergio was great from the beginning, helping with the quote process and answering questions throughout the project. Manuel was exceptional throughout the entire process and one of the main reasons the experience went so smoothly. He was always available for questions, consultations, follow-ups, and making sure we were happy with the final outcome. Kevin, our installer, clearly has great skills and experience. Overall, very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.
