They provided expert advice on how to balance my pool and hot tub water. Well stocked showroom with everything you need at competitive prices.
Not only great at diagnosis and repair, but friendly and have great advice to keep my pool looking great.
Scott, Everett, Traci, and team are great! Super helpful and super knowledgeable. Everytime we go in, they offer lots of help without recommending something to buy every time (unlike other pool supply places). This latest experience reinforced why I will always be a repeat customer. I thought our pump filter had died and was expecting to pay thousands to replace it, like others had told us. But Scott gave us several different ideas to try first (before sending out a tech), walking us through, step by step, with troubleshooting ideas, and suggestions. Ultimately, he helped us define that the booster pump was bad. He saved us money (on installation) by explaining how to safely install it and Walla! Our pool is looking great again, just in time for the heat! That was the fix, saving us lots of money instead of paying someone to come look at it and buy their parts. I appreciate their honesty, great customer service and super helpful support without making me feel dumb! :) thank you!

Callen pool supply is a perfect example for why supporting a small local business is a great investment. They’re highly experienced folks who want to share what they know which is an invaluable asset to the community. There’s nothing more valuable than walking into a place and talking to someone with years of experience to guide you through a solution. If you have questions about anything pool related give these folks a call or go in person. I know I will be supporting their business as long as I’m a pool owner.
