I am so grateful to be under the care of Dr. Patel. She is a kind and caring doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. Her staff is also excellent and answer all my questions immediately. Thank you!

Finding a clinic that actually communicates is rare, but the team at Calm Psych is exceptional. They are incredibly easy to reach via text message and always respond promptly when you are truly in need or medication questions. Dr. Priti Patel and Renee truly walk alongside you to help you meet your health goals. The medical and therapeutic care here is outstanding and deeply person centered. They treat you like a family.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disorganized. I scheduled a 4:00 PM telehealth appointment with Amanda at Calm Psych to establish a critical medication-tapering schedule one month ahead of a major surgery. I logged onto the portal 15 minutes early, only to receive a phone call at 4:05 PM stating the provider could not make it. The representative offered a rescheduling date weeks out, completely disregarding my urgent surgical timeline. If a patient cancels 24 hours before appointment, we are hit with steep cancellation fee, yet this clinic showed a total lack of respect for my time and medical needs and while waiting for appointment. When I let them know I was unhappy and why, I was told they would try to fit me in at 6pm but would have to get the NP approval. In the mean time I remembered I have a PCP Primary Clearance appt in 3 days and they can do it. I called back to tell them and that as a new patient this was bad business. I told them I wouldn’t be rescheduling now would I be doing business with Calm down the line. Shortly after I get a text offering the 6pm or Sunday at 1pm. I told them this current situation is the reason I was leaving my long time Psych doc. I am taking my care elsewhere and strongly advise others to avoid this practice if you need reliable medical professionals.

Dr Patel and her staff have shown all of the skills in regards to great customer service. Whenever I reach out to them, they respond within minutes. Hard to find a response time like that these days, where really taking the time to understand the customer’s needs are paramount. I worked in customer service for 36 years in companies, where fortunately we put ourselves into the customers shoes first, this is the experience I feel with Dr. Patel and her team. They work cohesively as a team and it reflects on their training and her ability to inspire her staff. Great work to the team! Now to Dr. Patel, she is a very gifted therapist, my first visit, she spent an extra hour with the patient she was seeing. She doesn’t put a clock on her patients individual problems, this was someone who obviously needed extra care, so I was impressed. In my own time with Dr. Patel I have found her to be a great listener, patient, very caring and an almost empathetic ability with me. I would assume that’s how she is with all of her patients. I would definitely recommend her, I’ve asked my youngest daughter to go see her. Will.
Dr Patel is an an amazing Dr and goes above and beyond for your care. She had always made sure I'm doing well and takes my mental health seriously. Mike and Jenny are great as well. I needed a prescription refill and they were able to help me get it submitted and filled same day and even called to let me know. I have been seeing Dr Patel since 2019 and will continue to be a patient of hers. They even provide therapy in person or virtual and have excellent therapists.
My experience with calmpsych has been great from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment the same week within needing one, the onboarding process was smooth, and Amanda has been a great provider. She listens well and I felt she cared about meeting my needs as a client. I fully recommend them.
