Towel service is a wonderful aspect to a gym after Covid. The gym is clean, well organized, plenty of equipment, and almost no lines ever!

We had such a wonderful experience hosting a spinal screening at Cambridge Athletic Club! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating from start to finish. The members were also fantastic—friendly, engaged, and excited to learn more about their spinal health and overall wellness. Lots of equipment and space. Very convenient for businesses in Kendall Square. The locker rooms and showers could be updated, but there is a sauna and cold plunge, which is nice!

Great gym! I have been going for the past 4 years and it has everything you need
I used to belong to this gym, and I trained with Stavy. The place was clean, and staff was very friendly. I found everyone to be extremely helpful and welcoming. Stavy and I trained once a week for a few months. She really was a very strong personal trainer and pushed me in helpful ways. I also really appreciated that she showed me modifications for where I am at physically. Overall Cambridge Athletic Club is a great gym, and I would recommend this to everyone.

This is a great gym. A lot of equipment for weight lifting as well as a ton of treadmills and other cardio equipment. You can also sign up for classes and squash or basketball. Nice bathrooms with lockers, sauna and cold tub for muscle recovery. The staff is super nice, from the front desk to administrative positions and personal coaches.

Great gym, clean facilities, and super friendly and accommodating employees. From the front desk to Jonathan (ops director), this gym is worth going to just for how you’re treated alone. Weights and machines are in great condition and the garage parking is a really nice perk. When the garage isn’t available (certain hours) the street parking usually is free. Had to cancel temporarily for personal reasons but the team made it extremely easy to pause. I will 100% sign back up with them again.

Very clean and nice gym. Staff is super lovely and everything about this gym is great. I made the right choice to switch my old gym by CAC. One other very good aspect is they are open during holidays, albeit shorter hours. A very big plus for gym addicts like myself.
