Customers frequently praise the clean, air-conditioned facility and friendly staff who monitor dogs closely during daycare and boarding. Many owners value the live camera access that allows them to check on their pets, noting that dogs often return home tired and relaxed. Recurring criticisms include unresponsive staff who rarely interact with the animals, limited group playtime for larger dogs, and difficult phone communication regarding availability.

I took my puppy in yesterday for his interview and trial day at Camp Bow Wow in Brentwood, CA and I think we were both nervous. Probably more like I was nervous and he was curious.
He was hesitant at first and they slowly introduced him to other dogs in his size range. They monitored him very closely and gave and other dogs lots of love when needed.
He did well and we will both be back on a regular basis.
Thank you to the staff for being so kind to both myself and my fur baby.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had such a great experience boarding Clover at Camp Bow Wow! The facility is extremely clean, the staff is amazing and super friendly, and you can genuinely tell how much they care about the dogs in their care.
One of my favorite features was being able to log in during camp hours and watch Clover on the cameras. She’s definitely more of a “people person” than a dog’s dog, so it was hilarious watching her make sure she got in line for extra attention and rubs whenever she could. 😂
I also added extra snuggle time during her stay, and I loved receiving daily updates and photos showing me how she was doing. They even had an adorable beach-themed photo shoot while she was there, which was such a cute touch!
Being able to see her enjoying herself and getting so much attention made me feel completely comfortable while I was away. Clover clearly enjoyed her stay, and I will absolutely be bringing her back. Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow! 🐶❤️

We tried it today, my pup was awesome with staff who were super sweet and kind. Unfortunately my pup could not stop barking at the dogs on the other side of the gate, so she needs to get calmer and come back.
I love the fact that they gave so much advice oh how to get her to be able to come which was awesome!
My sister brings her dog here and he loves it, comes home pooped and is way more relaxed for a 1 year old pup.
Would highly recommend, especially if you work a lot or your dog is a puppy.

I have an Alaskan Husky, he can't wait to get in with the other dogs. He has fun and is tired when he comes home. The place is clean and they do a great job in watching over our pets. Jake has stayed over night and he has no problem sleeping.
The best thing is the place ins indoors and air conditioned so the dogs have a good time.
I have been coming here for over 3 years and this is the best find ever.

It was great having Ozzy being watched and feel like he was in a safe place, they showed attention and love when we arrived. I was able to see him on the cameras and felt comfortable where he was.
I should have written down to have them use the dish I brought, as Ozzy won’t eat out of bowls especially stainless steel. I mentioned it but with all they do it’s easy to not remember. So when taking him to other Camps I need to remember to do this. I would highly recommend
