When I watch my dog and the video camera if I haven’t been able to see him for a couple hours I can always call and ask them where he is and they are so helpful and don’t mind me calling

My pup onyx has been going here for a few years for grooming, and now he’s a camper. They love him over there and I know he’s in good hands. Being able to check in on the camera to see how things are going is a plus and eases the anxiety! I also love all the different enrichments they have to offer on different days!
I have used the grooming services for over 12 years and have always been very satisfied. They always ask if anything has changed or if I want anything different done. When I ask for something specific, there is never a problem. My dog always comes out looking great and apparently had a good time because she is always happy.

Can’t say enough good things about the STAFF and business itself. The grooming was fantastic the treatment they gave my dog was top notch. I work strange hours and 7 days a week. They went out of their way to help me out. I’m very grateful for the employees. They make the service TOP notch.
Our very timid pup has opened up, enjoyed playing with other dogs, and become more social since starting at Camp Bow Wow. And everyone there loves her as much as we do. Can’t recommend it enough

Best groom in 11 yrs I had the dog. Belgian Malnois can’t shave their coat much. First time ever and he is beautiful. Colors we never saw. Less shedding. This is his new home. His other trainer and groomer passed away. He is a protection dog also and the groomer handles him like their own.

I was very pleased with my dog's Groom. The groomer did an excellent job. We had some issues with other places in Lafayette and she basically was groomed correctly for a Yorkie-Poo. She was happy when we picked her up and that is always a good sign that she was well taken care of. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow.
