Customers frequently cite punctuality, friendly communication, and thorough inspections as key aspects of the service. Many appreciate the company's focus on non-toxic methods for addressing rodents and insects, noting that technicians often provide detailed explanations and return for follow-ups if needed. While most reviews are positive, one critic noted a technician used a standard chemical spray despite the company's natural branding, and another reported unsafe driving behavior by a staff member.

Everyone one dealt with at Campbell has been great. Very friendly, and very thorough in their inspections and remediations.
Thank you, Matthew! We’re happy to hear that everyone on our team has made a positive impression. We believe thorough inspections and careful remediation go hand in hand with friendly, reliable service, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
Arrived when they said they would, don't require a contract, and will return if we continue to see hornets. Fantastic.
Amy, we’re happy we could provide a smooth and reliable experience! We believe pest control should be straightforward and flexible, so you can count on us to be there if those hornets make another appearance. Thanks for choosing us!
Very nice people

The man that came was kind and thoughtful. We have feral kittens here and he considered their safety while we were coming up with a plan. I am very glad I chose this company to deal with the rat problem.
Sara, we’re so glad our team could help address the rat problem while keeping the safety of the little kittens in mind. We believe in finding solutions that consider everyone involved, including our furry neighbors! Thank you for trusting Campbell Natural Pest Control with your home.
Campbell Natural Pest Control provided excellent service and we are very happy with the results: no more rats in our attic or crawlspace! We especially appreciate that Campbell does not use rat poison, as the poison can have adverse effects on local wildlife - birds especially. Tyler was our technician and couldn't have been better. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with expertise and good humor. He did an extremely thorough inspection of the house, including the roof (we used a different company within the past year for the same problem, but their technicians refused to go onto our roof to look for access points - that other company was not able to eliminate the problem, because the rats were entering through the roof). Appointments were easy to make and the whole process was positive. We highly recommend Campbell Natural Pest Control.
Tami, we’re so happy you’re seeing the results you hoped for! Tyler will appreciate your kind words, and we’re glad his thorough inspection, knowledge, and good humor made the process a positive experience. Thank you for choosing our wildlife-conscious approach and for recommending Campbell Natural Pest Control!
Great service! Fast response, thorough treatment and friendly technician. Can't ask for more from a pest control company. Thanks for your help!
We really appreciate your kind words, Greg! It’s great to know our technician provided fast, thorough service and made the experience a positive one. Thanks for choosing us for your pest control needs!
Always on time and their pest control is always super effective.
Thank you, Karen! We really appreciate you noticing our consistency. Being on time and providing effective pest control are both priorities for our team, and it’s great to know we’re delivering on both.
Really like this company, and their ethic to avoid poisons. Tyler, my technician, was cheerful, knowledgeable, and did a great job on the inspection, finding areas where rodents were accessing the attic. With snap traps and rodent birth-control placed in the yard, I feel well on my way to getting this problem under control.
We really appreciate you sharing this, Leah. It’s great to hear Tyler was cheerful, knowledgeable, and thorough during the inspection. We’re glad he was able to identify the rodent access points and put a plan in place to help get the problem under control. Thank you for choosing us and for recognizing our approach to rodent control!
