Outstanding and professional service. A Rae find in today’s works. I would recommend this workshop to anyone that really cares about how their vehicle is treated.
Fast service
We are so grateful to great care we always receive at Campus Garage.
They always do a great job. The people are friendly and listen to you.
I appreciated the patience they had in explaining different parts of what had to be done and they could get me in within a reasonable time and when I picked up my vehicle it was wonderful. I'll be back!
We’re new to Ames, so we relied on a friend to recommend Campus Garage. Great service; fast and friendly. Listened to our problems and were able to diagnose and resolve them quickly. We will be return customers. We’re back again - 3 yrs since we moved back to Ames - and we will continue to use and recommend Campus…
I reported an AC issue, and the unit was thoroughly inspected and recharged with refrigerant. Unfortunately, it only functioned for one day before failing again. Campus garage promptly issued a full refund, demonstrating honesty and professionalism. BTW, they further helped replace the remote controller's battery.
Campus Garage has been my preferred mechanic for over 5 years. They are honest, extremely helpful, & do their best to help in a car emergency even when they’re busy! Thank you all again!
Great customer service! Prompt and effective communication. Will definitely use them again for any future needs.
Dependable local garage did good work on the airco of my 2006 Jeep Liberty
They always take great care of my vehicles and make sure I'm back on the road quickly! Highly recommend them!!
Great experience with campus garage. Eric was very honest with cost and never asked me to do anything unnecessary. He usually called to tell the customer the estimated cost before doing the work. So you won’t be surprised by an unexpected big bill. Campus garage has become my to go place for any car issues.
It was a very easy and smooth to get the services done. And very quick as well. For my first garage visit in Ames and my first car, this was a really good experience and no hassle whatsoever
Great service and attention to dedails.
I’m driving an 18-year-old car that has been serviced continuously by this garage and the car runs beautifully. I think that says it all.
Campus Garage took great care of my car & took time to answer my questions both before I dropped it off and when I picked it up. I’ll certainly go back when I need service.
They are always wonderful to work with. Usually able to get me in very quickly and always do exceptional work. I trust them with all my vehicles and recommend them for any and all work! You will not be disappointed in their work or attitude. 5 stars!
I’ve used campus garage now twice and both times they provided great service. I definitely recommend them for anyone that needs something done to their car.
