I just stopped in without an appointment because my car wasn’t starting properly and they fit me in that day!!
High quality work. Honest and easy to work with. Very customer and quality oriented. Would strongly recommend them. This has been the case every time I have had work done by them. I would not go to any other garage. The last two days I had brake work done on both my cars. It was clearly explained what…
We have used Campus Garage on two occasions now with a perfect outcome each time. My daughter is an ISU student with a crazy schedule. We live to hours away from Ames. We really like the after hours lock boxes for key pickup. Everything with Campus Garage has been excellent.
Great service. Honest and professional
First time using Campus Garage after they were recommended by a friend. They are excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable. Quality work using quality parts and most importantly, I feel like I can actually trust them to do the work needed at a reasonable price and not add extras to pad the bill. Very…
Refreshing to be able to trust the people who work on our cars. I know they will do what is needed at a fair price and stand behind it. They allow me to buy the cars I want and not depend on the dealership rip-off we are all accustomed to. Less than half price of the dealership estimate, everything done. I can’t recommend them more.
They take very good care of my 2008 Jaguar Very professional and friendly
Always terrific service! I’m grateful that I can usually get an appointment right away. Communication is good, they always call and explain things clearly in a way that I can understand. Prices seem reasonable and fair.
Campus Garage changed the oil in my Subaru Outback Wilderness quickly and professionally. No upselling, no hassle—just solid, honest work. I’ll definitely be back.
Service is always professional and staff is willing to listen to you. Pricing is more than reasonable. They gain your trust and repeat business.
Campus garage is a great place to take your car for all mechanical needs. I have the utmost trust & respect for Charlie and his crew! They are honest & will always put the customer first! They are also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!
Excellent and timely service ... as always.
Great experience with campus garage. Eric was very honest with cost and never asked me to do anything unnecessary. He usually called to tell the customer the estimated cost before doing the work. So you won’t be surprised by an unexpected big bill. Campus garage has become my to go place for any car issues.
I always have great service from Eric and the rest of the crew whenever I take my car here. I trust Eric to be honest and straight forward and have never had any issues with my vehicle after it has been serviced here. Highly recommend.
Charlie was extremely kind when I was having multiple car problems. He took my car near the end of the day and had it running again by 5:00. Just Amazing Service!! It was my first visit there but I will now be a faithful customer. Thank you!!
Campus Garage is close to 100% accurate on trouble diagnosis each time. They really know what they are doing! Definitely specialists in their area. I've been doing business with them for several years. Eric and Charlie always take time to explain the issue and repair, give me an accurate quote and treat me with…
I came in not knowing what the problem was, turns out it was very little. They were very honest with the problem, and only charged me for what they needed to fix. Very good communication from them also.
