Thank you to Campus Garage for helping me out with my oil pressure switch. One thing I would like to add too--I appreciate when the team tells me they believe they can fix the issue or if they think it's something that would be better handled by the dealership, they will let me know.
We have used Campus Garage on two occasions now with a perfect outcome each time. My daughter is an ISU student with a crazy schedule. We live to hours away from Ames. We really like the after hours lock boxes for key pickup. Everything with Campus Garage has been excellent.
We had a car needing towed and worked on. Campus Garage was professional and communicated great throughout the whole process. Good prices and great value for their exceptional services.
A 100% go to!!! Eric the owner is very patient, fair and kind. I also felt good vibes from all the employees. Didn't push me away and treated us with the upmost respect!!!! Will go back if needed! =) Also a very clean shop!!!!
Always have good experience. good staff. clean environment. we will be back.
Excellent, fast service and attention to detail. They have gone above and beyond to diagnose and repair the problems we've had with our vehicle. Very appreciative for everything they've done. It's the small town service and hospitality that keeps us coming back.
Been using for years always impressed with service, speed, and knowledge, fair pricing and quick turn arounds plus no charge for diagnostic and estimates. Very happy with all the services they have done for us.
Brought in my Mini Paceman. It was experiencing and serious loss of power. Brought it into a MINI dealership in Tennessee and they told me it was a head gasket. Towed it home, and brought it to campus garage. They figured out it was an ECU problem. The expertise of this place is unreal. They assessed it within 4…
My son's vehicle was having electrical issues after business hours. He drove it to Campus Garage and left the keys in the drop box. They took time to look at it the following day without an appointment. Unfortunately, it was going to be a high ticket repair, which I chose not to do. They coordinated an out of town…
Great people working here. Very professional. Always do a great job. Would definitely recommend if you need your car repaired.
We've been using Campus Garage for decades! Eric is the best. It's nice to have a local mechanic we know and trust.
Great experience with campus garage. Eric was very honest with cost and never asked me to do anything unnecessary. He usually called to tell the customer the estimated cost before doing the work. So you won’t be surprised by an unexpected big bill. Campus garage has become my to go place for any car issues.
Great service and attention to dedails.
They were very helpful when I called to ask about my problem and it was very easy to set up an appointment. They figured out the issue pretty quickly and got it fixed the same day. The costs were very reasonable too!
Fit me in within two days fixed my jeep when they didn’t have space but still fit me in! Great service!
Very good at what they do and they're honest..... best place in Ames to go to for repairs to your car!!!!
Great company to work with. Honest, straight forward, knowledgeable work.
It comforting to know that, even though I am five hours away, I was able to find a garage that I can trust to do great, honest work on my daughters car at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to use Campus Garage again. I highly recommend them!
Fixed the problem in a day and sent me on my way. Very professional and efficient. My fix was pretty expensive but they fixed it for $500 less than another quote I got. They explained everything and knew exactly what they were doing unlike the other shop I went to.
