We worked with James Buckley to buy our house in Potomac, Maryland. We first started speaking with James 3 years ago, and he never put any pressure on us to buy. He guided us and worked extremely quickly whenever we wanted to see a house or wanted information about a house. We were moving from out of the state, so James was very helpful and instrumental in helping us see homes even when we weren't in town. He helped us negotiate $125,000 below the asking price in our dream neighborhood in Potomac, Maryland. He connected us with contractors, and made this purchase process so easy.
