Canter Wolff Nicastro Hall Law firm has been wonderful to work with. My first experience was with David Wolff who was recommended to me by another lawyer… was extremely kind, patient and responsive. He met with me and explained all the necessary options and we came up with a plan. I cannot say how the attorneys are because I did not speak with them and they’re probably fantastic because they do have a lot of ratings and another reason why I had reached out. I received a phone call. I’m assuming from an intake person named Carly- Carly raised my blood pressure. I har to hangup on Carly, because I kept explaining things with my operation and what I felt was neglect And just overall medical malpractice from The surgeries leaving me with permanent injury. there was no medical clearance- which I shouldn’t even have to explain other medical issues that were happening that they were aware about. when she had said well you “consented” For the surgery, she put her foot in her mouth. I doubt everybody’s gonna consent to an operation thing thinking it’s gonna make them crippled or make them worse correct why would somebody say something like that when they’re asking for help especially when a medical malpractice/personal injury and you work for a law firm? If everyone can send it to a surgery then there would be no medical malpractice attorneys correct? Then no one would have a case, correct Carly? For this operation was really upsetting because I didn’t consent to being crippled Carly!!!! This is a sensitive subject for myself and probably anybody else in the same position. I understand you’re trying to do a job but you’re not even listening to the person. Who’s the most knowledgeable in this- If it’s something that your firm could not take you should’ve just said so. I’m trying to tell you my point of view of what happened but instead everything became argumentative and that was not right I literally had to hang up the phone because my blood pressure was going up so high. I think you might need to be retrained and Customer Service Carly.
I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for the team of Jill and the Jenn’s! For over two years I was with a different firm that got me absolutely nowhere.
