Reviewers frequently highlight the staff's professionalism, compassion, and willingness to accommodate emergencies or short-notice appointments. Many note that the facility is clean and that the veterinary team provides thorough explanations of treatment plans while maintaining reasonable pricing for routine care. However, a recurring criticism involves unexpected costs, with several clients reporting that final bills for procedures like spays or booster shots significantly exceeded initial phone estimates or included additional exam fees.

They are very professional and friendly, and have done an amazing job making sure our 4 month old puppy has grown up healthy. They even took us in on short notice when she got very sick suddenly. Also very affordable!

Had a wonderful and compassionate experience here at Canutillo Vet Hospital, PLLC. Dr. Saenz was amazing with our bernedoodle for his neuter and microchipping surgery. I have little kids and they even welcomed and accommodated me there as well.

Took my beautiful aussie ollie to get surgery, unfortunately couldn't keep her puppies, 💔 but everyone here took care of ollie like if she belonged to them! 🙏 they made the unfortunate situation into a very good experience for me and for my ollie, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would 🙏

Dr. Saenz and her staff are amazing! They have taken such wonderful care of our 5 cats since they opened. Both Dr. Saenz and her techs are such kind and compassionate people and go above and beyond to examine, explain, and treat our beloved fur babies. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone who is looking for excellent care for their pets.

Took my rescued cat cachita several weeks ago to get surgery, she had been hit by a car before i rescued her and had a mangled tail which became infected, they gave me several detailed estimates and i opted for amputation since it became infected and was in a great deal of pain. They scheduled me and her tail was amputated and she was put on antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication .Cachita recovered well and is doing fine, she was also microchipped. I appreciate the detailed estimate and invoice and they were very professional and compassionate as well, everything was done in a timely manner and Dr. Saenz and her staff were awesome! This will be my go to veterinary hospital from now on!😽❤
