We are very pleased with our treatment for a bee problem in our front yard.
Iva, we are glad the bee treatment in your front yard delivered the results you wanted. Knowing you are very pleased encourages our team. We value your feedback and are available for any future needs.
Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with pest control service at this time, I still wanted to leave a review because of how impressed I was with Andrew, the owner. Andrew was incredibly kind, professional, polite, and very quick to communicate with me. He took the time to answer my questions and was never pushy about trying to earn our business. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and the way he runs his company. I really appreciated my experience with him, and if we need pest control services in the future, CAPE Pest Control will absolutely be someone I reach out to.
Tanner, thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad Andrew treated you with professionalism, politeness, and prompt communication. We appreciate your kind words about how we run things and that you felt no pressure. If you need pest control in the future, we would welcome the chance to assist.
excellent service
Fantastic service. Highly recommend them. Knowledgeable and honest. Elliot is the best!
They communicate well and sweep down spider webs. We haven't found many bugs in the house since they started their extermination service for us. Our biggest concern is scorpions and we have only had two in the house in the past 5 years since we have had their service.
Thank you, Beth Anne. We’re pleased to hear our communication and routine work have helped reduce bugs and scorpions in your home. Keeping spider webs swept is part of the care we provide, and we appreciate you noticing. Your trust encourages us to maintain high standards.
I have been using Cape pest control for several years. They are awesome. They always come when they are supposed to and if I ever find bugs inside the house, I can text them anytime and they show up in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend.
Thank you so much for your continued trust and kind words, Natalie. We're glad our team has been reliable and responsive when you need us. We appreciate the recommendation and will continue working hard to keep your home pest-free. Looking forward to serving you for years to come.
Gerald Potts is friendly and professional at his work. I would recommend the service!!
Thank you, Muru — we appreciate the 5-star review. We're glad Braden was friendly and professional, and thank you for recommending our service. We look forward to helping you again in the future.
I live in Denver and have a condo in Scottsdale. Today Albert spayed the perimeter around the outside, which is not satisfactory for me. However he communicates very well with me via text messages and drove back to spray the inside after I sent him a code to get in. He is easy to work with and someone I can trust even when I’m not there. Thank you Albert! I highly recommend Cape pest control for all your extermination needs.
Thank you for your wonderful review, Charles! We're thrilled to hear that Braiden provided you with excellent service. Our team takes pride in their knowledge and customer care. We appreciate your support!
