My move was actually on July 8, 2026, cause I just found the list John gave me. A super hot and humid day! The trucks drove up On Time. John, David, Tino, Salvador, Rodrigo, Carlos, Mike, Aaron; are the TEAM of professional, respectful, careful with 3 floors of boxes and wrapping furniture up. Their energetic…
Had the greatest experience working with Capital Moving & Storage. I would highly recommend them. Tim, was great to work with, he came by and provided an estimate. When the movers arrived, they were nothing but professional. They worked extremely hard and efficient and gave us peace of mind when packing. They were…
Fantastic moving experience from start to finish! V, Simon, Jordan were all incredibly professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They handled all our furniture and belongings with care, worked quickly, and made the entire move much less stressful than we expected. Everyone was friendly,…
The is the third time I’ve used this company and I wont ever use anyone else! They over quote and finish in record timing. They are professional, fun, strong, quick and all items arrived in one piece - nothing broken. Exceptionally reasonably priced. Amazing customer service. I can’t say enough great things! John,…
Jordan, Toni, and Israel were very professional and polite. Extremely competent and listened to clients requests.
We were well taken care of by the packing and moving team of John, Gage, Jordan, and David G. They packed the house onto two trucks, put our stuff into conditioned storage for a month then delivered it all to our new address (so technically two moves). Tim did a good job estimating the total cost. They were on time…
Capital Moving was one of the best moving companies I’ve worked with. Not only was their estimate spot on (so no surprise costs at the end) but their team of 5 worked quickly! They packed up every last thing into 1 1/2 trucks from our 5 bedroom 3900 sq ft home in 5 hours and unpacked at our new house in under 3…
We had an outstanding experience with Capital Moving & Storage! The crew worked like a well oiled machine with excellent team work. They were cordial, experienced, efficient and very quick. They were careful with our valuables and furniture and knew how to handle everything. I would highly recommend Jordan, Mike ,…
Jordan and Salvi were great help in my most recent move. Very professional, kind, and patient.
I had a great experience with Capital Moving. Tim helped organize the move, and was willing to come out to my place on a weekend (on a holiday nonetheless) to take an inventory and provide the estimate. The crew they sent was amazing (Aaron, Mike, and Savli). They were very professional, efficient, and handled my…
John, David, Salvador, and Carlos were amazing! They arrived on time, were careful, efficient, and I felt confident in their abilities as movers. John did a great job as the lead. Rachel in the sales office was very responsive and kept in communication with me in terms of the process. I would highly recommended Capital Moving.
We had an excellent experience with V and Frank! They were super helpful, careful, and friendly! Will absolutely be using them in the future!
I was very happy with Capital Moving & Storage. They were very competitive with their pricing and very generous with adding extras for free. Their crew did a great job and managed to fix if anything was broken. Big shout out to Mike L., Rodrigo, Jordan, Tino and Simon!
Capital Moving and Storage made our move so easy! V, Frank, SalV, and Simon were a fantastic crew and handled all of our stuff with care!
Mike L, Rome and Tino handled my parents’ move and were incredibly efficient. They all went above and beyond and had great attitudes. Highly recommend. Thank you!
"Had a great experience with Jordan, James C, Frank, and James H. They were awesome to work with, worked hard, and got the job done with zero damages. Real professionals. Thanks again!"
I’m ashamed it’s taken me a month to submit this review! Mike L and David Greg move my husband and I from Clayton to Sanford in April. They were kind, timely, friendly, and professional. They handled our belongings with care and made the day stress free for us. Thank you so much! The Leaks
Let's sit down and talk about Mike L., Simon, Vee, and Rodrigo. At first you're like they are nice and then you talk to them and find they are super cool. Friendly, courteous, professional, can walk a lot stairs. But honestly the stuff we all want to know: they were speedy, if anything wasn't where you wanted when…
I highly recommend Capital Moving to everyone. I can't believe how nice and hardworking everyone was along the way. Tim was excellent during his walk thru to check out our house and give us an estimate, he was also very helpful and quick to respond to my numerous questions leading up to our moving day. Then the…
The entire process—from receiving the quote to the actual move—was incredibly smooth. The day before the move, I received a confirmation call to go over all the details, which was very reassuring. On moving day, the crew—John, Tino, Isreal, David, and Aaron—did an outstanding job. They arrived within the expected…
Tim was very helpful and patient with my questions. The movers Josh A., James H., James C., and Israel did a great job. 5 star work. I definitely recommend their services. They were very mannerable and nice. The best move experience.

We had Mike L., Israel, Tino, Rodrigo, Joe, and Jordan. They were amazing! They showed up on time, worked hard all day and completed our move with a great attitude and professional. If we ever need moving services we will gladly call Capital and ask for Mike L. and his crew.
Having moved several times, we stumbled upon Capital Moving & Storage based on a Google search and volume of five star reviews. Now having completed the move, including packing up a 3600 sq ft house, transport, two days of storage, and unloading/placement… we were not disappointed! Tim’s appraisal was spot on and…

Capital Moving was super great from the initial in-person quote to final delivery. Tim was very polite, thoughtful and patient with me given my many calls with questions. The crew was amazing too. Mike L. & Melvin I can't begin to express how thankful I am for my crew, Mike L. and Melvin. They were absolutely such a gift sent to me for this very difficult move. They worked so hard and they were so fast and efficient. They went above and beyond to assemble my furniture once we got to my new place. They were…
Josh and Melvin were incredibly helpful in moving my mother in law into her new location. They were on time, very professional, and I cannot recommend them enough. I want to thank them for their work. They made a difficult move much easier!!! And like many of the other reviewers, I would give more than 5 stars, if it were possible.
We had the crew of John, David, Mike, Melvin, Tino, Salvador, Simon and Rodrigo. First off I don’t think our move could have gone any smoother. The crew arrived on time at our first home at 8:00 AM and had us unloaded and done at our new house before 2:30 PM. We moved out of a 3,000 Sq foot home and had a 90 minute…

I worked for a furniture store for 10 years, so I know all about moving. My wife and I needed help moving 20 mins away.
