Ray was great, asked me about past few months, got supplies to address inside and out, explained what chemicals do and what to expect going into Fall / Winter
Joe P has been our technician from Capital Pest and he is courteous and professional in his treatment of my home and any issues we have with any pests in or around our home.
We have been using Capital Pest for the past several years, and they always do a courteous and professional job. I highly recommend them.
Very prompt and great communication!
Brett is always dependable and on time. He has quickly attended to matters that we have asked him to check on ... like ants and even one time mice in the crawl space. He identified where they were coming in and eliminated the problem! We appreciate his thoroughness and service and enjoy his visits! Most important, we have no bugs!
Awesome job!!
I have loved having Capital Pest keep our house free from pests! It’s one thing I don’t have to worry about. They take care of scheduling so we stay on track with treatments and if I need extra treatments, they’re fast to respond. I also appreciate that there is always someone available to take my call! We have been…
Our service person was so great. He was better than anyone I have ever had for my property.
Capital pests always delivers great service. The service folks are always pleasant and responsive. I also appreciate that they will come out between quarterly services if there are issues. This is inevitable when dealing with pests, and it is great to get quick attention when it pops up.
Provide great customer service and great pest control.
I've used Capital Pest since my move to NC over 10 years ago. Joe was the my first service tech and I have requested him ever since. He is friendly, professional, always punctual and does a great job. I highly recommend Capital Pest and especially Joe!
Like many of you, I am typically a DIY-er when it comes to most things because I feel more comfortable and confident when I am the one executing a task. When it comes to pest control, I really tried to take care of it myself, but failed miserably. We had ants, spiders, crawlers, you name it. So, I tried a few…
Joe has taken care of our pest needs for years. He’s the best, and takes such good care of us. We live in the country, so the critters want to come visit, and he keeps them away.
We have had the same technician for several years, Joe Philips. He is always on time and does an excellent job with a smile. If we have a need in between times, Joe is alway willing to return and do what ever is needed. He is an excellent representative for Capital Pest Services.
We have been using Capital Pest Services for years! First at our home in Cary and now in Wake Forest. The service in Wake Forest has included pest services over the last 3 years and our service tech Joe Phillips has been awesome! Friendly, prompt, efficient, effective, just all around excellent service. BTW...this…
I've been with Capital Pest 22+ years. Joe Phillips is the technician who does quarterly checks, termite inspections, and has dealt with carpenter ants when they invaded.. He is a professional. He shows up at the expected time and is approachable yet focused on his work. He'll tell me if he sees something like a…
Joe is pleasant, attentive, and responsive to any concerns we share. He treats both the interior and exterior of our home, brushing webs and debris from windows and eaves. I appreciate that he covers his shoes on entering.
Joe is a real professional. He does outstanding work and is very focused on customer care.
Called Wednesday morning after seeing a bug and was able to get a quick appt by Friday morning. The tech, Joe, showed up early and ready to work! The treatment was fast and efficient. Joe was a great people person, even my anxious dog liked him! I really appreciate the fast service!
Todd is great! Always gives good advice to keep the ants and mice in the garage away
Joe Phillips/Capital Pest have been coming to our home for many years. They are polite, professional and knowledgeable. They do an outstanding job.
Capital Pest Services has been providing pest control services for me since 2019. They have done an excellent job of keeping my home pest free. Joe has been our technician throughout this time and is always very thorough, on time, cheerful and willing to do whatever is needed to ensure complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Capital Pest Services!
Daniel Sallinger came to do our yearly termite inspection and quarterly pest control. Super friendly, super professional, and also very knowledgeable and helpful. Par for the course at Capital Pest Services. Please consider supporting this local business instead of any of the national pest control companies. They are a cut above.
Yesterday I received my quarterly service from a Capital Pest Control representative by the name of Ken Heggins. I am always satisfied with the service and you do come back without fail if I have any issues(just once with sugar ants). I was especially impressed yesterday, and would like to commend Mr. Heggins, who…
Wade from Capital Pest did an excellent job treating our house today! He was kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He also found an ant nest under our stairs, that we did not know about, and took care of it for us. We will definitely continue our business with Capital Pest Services! Fantastic experience!
We have been using Capital Pest for quarterly pest maintenance & annual termite inspections since 2008. They are always responsive, in time, professional and call to your attention any pest problems. We only use them outside our home, not inside due to pets. This spring we have had an occasional siting of sugar ants…
Super thorough.
Our technician, Frank Miller arrived on time and answered all my questions. Because it rained, the exterior could not be treated. Frank showed up the next rain free day to complete the job. We have used Capital Pest for over twenty years. They have been inspecting and providing services for our home since we bought it.
Frank Miller was extremely kind and helpful to us. Gave us many good suggestions for ant control. Our two labradoodles absolutely loved him too as he was very attentive to them!
Fantastic service. They have been responsive to every issue I have had with rodents and insects and have been out within a few days. They do a great job of explaining how their treatments work.
We've had two quarterly services so far and both have been great experiences. Last week, Frank Miller took care of spraying the outside of our home, our garage and even offered to check and spray portions of our attic and some areas inside the home. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely…
We've had a great experience with Capital Pest services, they are always timely and send a photo of the tech arriving which is a nice safety feature. Frank was our technician this month and was very king and did a great job and explaining what all he was doing/treating. Since having Capital Pest services we haven't had a single bug in the home!
We just moved to Knightdale from Virginia Beach. Our daughter recommended Capital Pest Services for our home. The technician (Timothy Hunt) arrived on time and was polite and quite professional. I highly recommend this business!
Frank Miller did an above and beyond job on my house this morning! Not only is he extremely personable but he obviously knows what he’s doing and loves it as well. I trust him to keep my house safe for my dogs (which was my main concern after one of them got bit by a spider) and for my boyfriend and myself. I am…
I have been using capital pest service for years. Frank did an excellent job. He double and triple checked to make sure nothing was missed. The service is always tremendous and all the staff are very helpful.
Over the last five years we have used three different pest control services and Capital Pest Control has been the best by far. Frank Miller was very professional and explained to me what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He also asked if we are having any issues with pests so that he could focus on…
Frank Miller is consistently on time and professional. He manages my home pest control and always a joy to catch up with.
We have used Capital Pest for a few years now with a quarterly service and we have always received great service. Responsive if we need additional service between the quarterlies. Typically, we are serviced by Frank Miller and he is always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Been using Capital Pest for a few years. They've been easy and professional. However, they will not do much about rats other than bait and poison. You have to work with someone else if you need to trap & remove or close points of entry.
I went for the quarterly service. Technician was Timothy, very professional and knowledgeable. Their covid policy is basically they won't go inside unless you request it so I felt badly having to request it, but he didn't bat an eye, wore his mask to keep us both safe, and kept at a safe distance when he did come in. I will hire this service again!
We have used Capital Pest for annual termite/pest inspection for many years and have always found them to be very professional. Frank Miller just performed the annual service and I was very pleased. He was punctual, professional & thorough. I would definitely recommend Capital Pest Services to everyone!
