Been using Capital pest for 4 years great service. Seen a couple spiders between services and they came right out and retreated with no problems. Great company. Very friendly!
Always professional and easy to work with.
Ray was great, asked me about past few months, got supplies to address inside and out, explained what chemicals do and what to expect going into Fall / Winter
We STILL love Joe! We have had Joe for many years, and he has always done an outstanding job for us — above and beyond. He solved our original problem in one visit and has kept us free and clear ever since. At this point, we feel we are “family” and look forward to seeing him every 3 months.
I am set up for quarterly services and I have had a great experience! They are quick to respond and happy to answer any questions. James was the tech for my most recent visit and he was very kind and helpful. The tech from my last visit was also very helpful and sent a voice note to describe what they did.…
Very prompt and great communication!
Capital Pest control was one of the best recommendations I have received. They were fair in their pricing and as a service organization, they are top notch. Whenever I call, I feel my needs are met, despite often calling for ‘immediate service’. I have my termite protection with them as well no they re great…

Capital pests always delivers great service. The service folks are always pleasant and responsive. I also appreciate that they will come out between quarterly services if there are issues. This is inevitable when dealing with pests, and it is great to get quick attention when it pops up.
A great experience, I would definitely recommend. Timothy was very efficient and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well.
I've used Capital Pest since my move to NC over 10 years ago. Joe was the my first service tech and I have requested him ever since. He is friendly, professional, always punctual and does a great job. I highly recommend Capital Pest and especially Joe!
Like many of you, I am typically a DIY-er when it comes to most things because I feel more comfortable and confident when I am the one executing a task. When it comes to pest control, I really tried to take care of it myself, but failed miserably. We had ants, spiders, crawlers, you name it. So, I tried a few…
Living in NC requires regular pest control services, especially in the summer. Capital Pest has assisted with regular maintenance, as well as with pesky yellow jackets and wasps in the yard. We have enjoyed working with Joe, Timothy, and Ricky for regular maintenance and resprays. They have been courteous, thorough,…
Have used Capital Pest for years. Very pleased with their service. Curtis is professional, polite, and thorough.
Capital Pest is the Best! Especially Dave. Very personable and thorough. We’ve used Capital Pest for both termites and routine pest control. Very reasonable prices and prompt attention. It’s also great to support a local business instead of a national chain.
