We've used Capital Pest Services at two different properties over the past 5+ years and have been very happy. Good communication from office staff to onsite workers. They are always willing to come back out if a problem happens to arise between treatments - which is rare.
Great service, on time, great employee

Technician showed up as scheduled and told us what he would be doing and asked if there was anything that he should focus on. He was very thorough and did an excellent job making sure he covered all outside areas of the property. Great value for the work done.
Capital Pest is always very friendly and has good communication for when the service will be performed. After using other pest service providers in the triangle area, I would say…

Like many of you, I am typically a DIY-er when it comes to most things because I feel more comfortable and confident when I am the one executing a task. When it comes to pest control, I really tried to take care of it myself, but failed miserably. We had ants, spiders, crawlers, you name it. So, I tried a few…

We used Capital for around 18 months. They were okay if you understand the service and what you're getting. They only offered perimeter treatment of our house, and it was moderately effective at best. We had mosquito treatment with them for 6 months out of the year, it was also just okay. Biggest complaint we had…
