Been using Capital pest for 4 years great service. Seen a couple spiders between services and they came right out and retreated with no problems. Great company. Very friendly!
Service was on time, professional and courteous
Ray was great, asked me about past few months, got supplies to address inside and out, explained what chemicals do and what to expect going into Fall / Winter
Very prompt and great communication!
We have been using Capital Pest Services for over 5 years now, and recommend them highly! They handle our quarterly mosquito control as well as our indoor general pest inspections and extermination. Always get exelent service I
Capital pests always delivers great service. The service folks are always pleasant and responsive. I also appreciate that they will come out between quarterly services if there are issues. This is inevitable when dealing with pests, and it is great to get quick attention when it pops up.
Like many of you, I am typically a DIY-er when it comes to most things because I feel more comfortable and confident when I am the one executing a task. When it comes to pest control, I really tried to take care of it myself, but failed miserably. We had ants, spiders, crawlers, you name it. So, I tried a few…
I have used their service for 22 years, two homes and they are just awesome. Joe is usually our guy and he is like family. He is always upbeat, makes sure we tell him if there are any issues and is just an overall professional and friendly service man. I recommend them highly!
Joe has taken care of our pest needs for years. He’s the best, and takes such good care of us. We live in the country, so the critters want to come visit, and he keeps them away.
Happy to share my true opinion of Capital Pest Control - ever since we have had Curtis (our preferred technician), it’s been a wonderful experience. I am a very picky customer and he goes above and beyond to treat every surface and address every concern. The office allows me to schedule via email and always at a…
We have been using Capital Pest Services for years! First at our home in Cary and now in Wake Forest. The service in Wake Forest has included pest services over the last 3 years and our service tech Joe Phillips has been awesome! Friendly, prompt, efficient, effective, just all around excellent service. BTW...this…
We have used Capital Pest Services for multiple years now. Joe P has been our technician all these years. If I could give Joe 20 stars I would! He is the BEST! He is always on time and sometimes even early. Very considerate, respectful, and always happy. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are pest…
We switched to Capital Pest some time ago based on a friend’s recommendation because of issues with other services. Joe has done a thorough and excellent job, exceeding our needs, all done with a smile & an occasional joke! We highly recommend their service!
Joe is a real professional. He does outstanding work and is very focused on customer care.
Joe Phillips has been awesome. Highly recommend his services.
Joe Phillips/Capital Pest have been coming to our home for many years. They are polite, professional and knowledgeable. They do an outstanding job.
We have been using Capital Pest for years and never considered switching. They are great to work with and happy with their services.
Daniel Sallinger came to do our yearly termite inspection and quarterly pest control. Super friendly, super professional, and also very knowledgeable and helpful. Par for the course at Capital Pest Services. Please consider supporting this local business instead of any of the national pest control companies. They are a cut above.
Frank Miller has been servicing our home for many years. Always a smile and always helpful, friendly and professional. I’d recommend Frank and the Capital Pest team to anybody.
Fantastic service. They have been responsive to every issue I have had with rodents and insects and have been out within a few days. They do a great job of explaining how their treatments work.
We've had two quarterly services so far and both have been great experiences. Last week, Frank Miller took care of spraying the outside of our home, our garage and even offered to check and spray portions of our attic and some areas inside the home. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely…
We've had a great experience with Capital Pest services, they are always timely and send a photo of the tech arriving which is a nice safety feature. Frank was our technician this month and was very king and did a great job and explaining what all he was doing/treating. Since having Capital Pest services we haven't had a single bug in the home!
We just moved to Knightdale from Virginia Beach. Our daughter recommended Capital Pest Services for our home. The technician (Timothy Hunt) arrived on time and was polite and quite professional. I highly recommend this business!
Frank Miller did an above and beyond job on my house this morning! Not only is he extremely personable but he obviously knows what he’s doing and loves it as well. I trust him to keep my house safe for my dogs (which was my main concern after one of them got bit by a spider) and for my boyfriend and myself. I am…
I have been using capital pest service for years. Frank did an excellent job. He double and triple checked to make sure nothing was missed. The service is always tremendous and all the staff are very helpful.
This is our third year with Capital Pest Services and they continue to deliver excellent service. Always on time, good communication, and the team is always polite. Thanks, Frank, for taking care of us and answering our questions.
Over the last five years we have used three different pest control services and Capital Pest Control has been the best by far. Frank Miller was very professional and explained to me what he was going to do and what he was looking for. He also asked if we are having any issues with pests so that he could focus on…
Frank Miller is consistently on time and professional. He manages my home pest control and always a joy to catch up with.
Our tech Timothy was very patient in explaining everything our first visit.
We have used Capital Pest for annual termite/pest inspection for many years and have always found them to be very professional. Frank Miller just performed the annual service and I was very pleased. He was punctual, professional & thorough. I would definitely recommend Capital Pest Services to everyone!
With all of the current rain, we notice more insects and bugs getting inside. The Technician, Frank Miller, not only did a good job of explaining the outside and inside problem areas, but as always, Frank is very courteous and has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor. Whenever possible, we try to get here to be our Tech.
