No complaints. They were on time and did what they came out to do.
We had Capital Pest at our old house. When we moved to a new neighborhood we immediately hired them again. Our new house is in a new neighborhood being built and it seems to draw little pests. We got on a schedule with CP again and it is great. They are always on time and so very nice and accommodating with their schedule. I highly recommend.
Great service. Came out when needed off cycle to assist with mice too. Would recommend
Friendly and helpful customer service.
Great company!
Been using Capital pest for 4 years great service. Seen a couple spiders between services and they came right out and retreated with no problems. Great company. Very friendly!
I have been with Capital Pest for a few years and always feel like a priority whether it be on the phone or when they visit. They are thorough, genuine, and respectful! I have both general pest and termite prevention with them. While most companies use termite bait stations placed in yards, Capital Pest uses a…
Everyone is so helpful every service!
We've used Capital Pest Services at two different properties over the past 5+ years and have been very happy. Good communication from office staff to onsite workers. They are always willing to come back out if a problem happens to arise between treatments - which is rare.
I rarely write reviews, good or bad for services, but I felt the need to acknowledge Capital Pest Services which I have been using for about a year now. Always professional and easy to work with.
Every time Capital Pest comes to our home, they do such a thorough job - inside and outside. Jonah and another man (sorry, I forgot his name) have been wonderful to work with.
I have used Capital Pest for many years for my quarterly pest control. They have alway provided great service. The scheduling is easy and the techs that come out have always been thorough. I’ll never skip a visit from my bug people!
I have used Capital Pest for years and they are always friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and consistently do a great job. I don't typically have pest issues, and if anything ever comes up, they come right away and treat for it. I highly recommend Capital Pest Services.
The service was on time, efficient and courteous.
The technician was on time. He was polite and told me exactly what he would do. I showed him where ants were coming into the house through an electrical outlet and treatment was made. I have used Capital Pest Services for seven years and have been very satisfied.
We love Capital Pest! We have used the co. for 10 years now and have always been satisfied. The on site employees and office staff are all friendly and accommodating. Any time we call for something they are super responsive. Highly recommend!!

We STILL love Joe! We have had Joe for many years, and he has always done an outstanding job for us — above and beyond. He solved our original problem in one visit and has kept us free and clear ever since. At this point, we feel we are “family” and look forward to seeing him every 3 months.
I am set up for quarterly services and I have had a great experience! They are quick to respond and happy to answer any questions. James was the tech for my most recent visit and he was very kind and helpful. The tech from my last visit was also very helpful and sent a voice note to describe what they did.…

I'm relatively new to Capital Pest Services and really like them already. Much better service compared to the "large company" pest service I had before the locally-owned CPS. The technician was really friendly and helpful also.

I hired Captial Pest Services for a standard interior and exterior bug spray, as well as setting down bait traps for mice. My technician, Curtis, was very nice and educational about how to prevent pests. He was thorough when inspecting everything, and even knocked the spider webs off the outside of my house. Would recommend!
