No complaints. They were on time and did what they came out to do.
We had Capital Pest at our old house. When we moved to a new neighborhood we immediately hired them again. Our new house is in a new neighborhood being built and it seems to draw little pests. We got on a schedule with CP again and it is great. They are always on time and so very nice and accommodating with their schedule. I highly recommend.
Great service. Came out when needed off cycle to assist with mice too. Would recommend
Friendly and helpful customer service.
Great company!
Been using Capital pest for 4 years great service. Seen a couple spiders between services and they came right out and retreated with no problems. Great company. Very friendly!
I have been with Capital Pest for a few years and always feel like a priority whether it be on the phone or when they visit. They are thorough, genuine, and respectful! We've used Capital Pest Services at two different properties over the past 5+ years and have been very happy. Good communication from office staff to onsite workers. They are always willing to come back out if a problem happens to arise between treatments - which is rare.

Like many of you, I am typically a DIY-er when it comes to most things because I feel more comfortable and confident when I am the one executing a task. The inspection itself was very thorough. We have used Capital Pest for many years and have been very pleased.
