Capitol City Barn Wedding and Event Center

Last Saturday, I went to an anniversary party there for some longtime friends. My first thought was rustic but it has modern updates to it. Someone told me occupancy was 98, which seems a little bit small but maybe that's when it has been set up with tables and chairs, i think there was just a few more than 100 when we were there. There are some quite large doors that open up to make room for standing around and talking or dancing on the cement on the backside. For wheelchair use, the parking lot is gravel, but it's not real thick gravel, so it's not impossible to go through. I am in a wheelchair myself so gravel sucks to go through unless it's hard packed, switch, this is a, there is some loose gravel on top, but it's not all that bad. The front entrance door there is a lip of I want to say 4-5 inches, so it might be hard for some people to get in, but if you go around to the right side of the building, you can get up onto the cement and go a little further and take a left into the other door on the side. On the backside, there are 2 large doors that open up Check the pictures for references of this Phone reception out there is kinda non-existent, but they do have wifi available, if you our insight and you go over to the door with that 5 inch lip, there is a chalkboard I believe it is with their wifi password on it. If you are going to be there in the cold months bring a sweater if you can because it will get cold, especially if all the doors are open! Lol It has a kitchen, but other than that. I don't know much about inside the kitchen. I think there is an oven or something to cook food because they served Lasagna the night I was there. Overall, it is a nice kept up place. I noticed on their site it says 1500-5500 per event, and this is october 2026 My wife wants me to rent it out for our 15th anniversary next November lol

Attended as guest. Nice place. Pretty setting. Could use a full length mirror in the outdoor bathrooms (and a heater, too, on chilly days.) Not able to check formal attire after a long trip. (bring umbrella if its raining.) GPS directions had us winding up at some houses vs the venue. So those using GPS, do not take the last "left turn" . Don't turn Left. Look for some faded white signs and an opening with an iron gate. That's where you need to go. The venue honestly should have more prominent signage. Gravel/dirt parking lot and gravel walkway so am glad to have worn flats.

Every thing went smoothly, they were there when needed something, was clean and a bueatiful place worked great for a 25 anniversary and opening the barn doors for dancing on the patio was perfect

Just had my wedding there and it was a joy to get to work with Breanna and her family to make our day happen! They’re very communicative, fairly priced, well stocked in decor, gave amazing vendor recommendations, and are highly skilled in making their barn and property look like it’s out of a fairytale. No complaints from us on this business!

Beautiful venue! Just got married 09/04/26 and it was absolutely beautiful and Breanna was amazing and very understanding! She worked with us when we needed extra length in time as far as payments! Very helpful the day of with moving items around for us!

I worked with Breanna Deuel to have my wedding at her beautiful barn and it was amazing. She was so communicative and efficient before the wedding. On the day of my event, her mom was so kind and set up and took down quickly. Everyone commented on how beautiful the barn and the grounds were, it fit my style perfectly. Plenty of room to get ready in the morning, have a lovely ceremony under the trees, eat inside, and then dance the night away! Plenty of parking for everyone and even had room for yard games. I would absolutely recommend Capitol City Barn for anyone needing a location for any sort of event!

The venue is beautiful and very well taken care of. We hosted a baby shower for my daughter and the owners were more than helpful. Amazing day and an amazing venue.

Fabulous! Many of our guests raved about this venue. Such a perfect place to host a party or event. It was 93 degrees the day of our party but the barn was cool. Our host was there on time and helped answer questions. The tables and chairs were set up as requested making set up a breeze. Very responsive email communication and guidance throughout. A lovely venue!

Having our wedding at the Capitol City Barn was the very best thing we could have hoped or wished for. It's a beautiful facility, and their staff are very easy to work with, professional, and accommodating. I hope that we'll have another reason to be at the Barn again someday. It's a wonderful place!
