I brought my 2015 Chevy Silverado to Brian and Paul at Capitol Transmission and had them diagnose the problem I was having. Brian called explained exactly what was the problem and gave me several options how they could go about repairing my truck. I had them do a complete rebuild of my transmission, I was given a price up front and they did an amazing job, price was exactly as quoted and gave me a 3 year warranty. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided and I would highly recommend Capitol Transmission to anyone having transmission troubles, they were great!
5-stars indeed. I'm an out-of-state Dad of a college student who's driving a 15 year old Toyota. When we drove the car up for my student's freshman year, I wanted to run the car by a local mechanic shop to have a final set of eyes check it prior to my heading home. After reading several reviews, I settled on Capital Transmission and Auto Care, and I'm grateful for finding this shop. Paul and Brian are great, and after Paul gave me the thumbs up on the Toyota, he gave me and my student each a card and told us to call anytime there was trouble and he'd come get the car. As commonplace as that sounds, that meant a lot to hear, knowing my student's car is aging, and that I would be several hours away. The car had some electrical issues recently, so I called Paul and he got the car in the shop in less than two days. Upon review, the fix was simple and the cost was more than reasonable, saving both money and time.
If your car is starting to fritz, do yourself a favor and drive(or tow) down to Capital Transmission and Auto Care for a professional auto repair experience. Thanks Paul and Brian!

**Highly recommend!** I had a great experience with Paul and the team. They did excellent work on my car and paid close attention to every detail. What really stood out was how kind, caring, and accommodating they were throughout the entire process. They were also very understanding when it came to the price and worked with me to make it manageable. It’s not easy to find someone who combines quality workmanship with genuine care for their customers. I truly appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!
