My neck still hurts after this appointment and it's been already a bit but every time I could go in to get ring dingers nothing ever seems to happen The pain is just still there

My first visit & by far the best Chiropractic treatment i've had to date. John is a very nice guy!, he's patient and used several techniques on me which really popped & cracked my neck & back. The Ring Dinger however stole the show, anyone contemplating the Ring Dinger should try it, it absolutely fixed my back and neck pain. The 10 mins of shock wave technology is also a must for knots/scar tissue, (worked like a charm).<br>I'm so glad i found this location, the previous Ring Dinger i tried at a place in Fresno didn't do anything but John really knows how its done.<br>An update from yesterday 7/25/26: I came back 10 month later with neck & shoulder tightness. I decided to go for another Ring Dinger like last time but with the hope my neck would decompress, thankfully it worked!. My neck is pain free now and yrs of pain seem to have disappeared. Dr. Caponio’s office is amazing! The staff at the front desk are so friendly and personable. During my first appointment, there was a physical examination done before seeing Dr. Caponio where I was able to ask some questions and calm some nerves about the Ring Dinger knowing that the doctors were aware of all of my physiological history. The person who conducted the exam was very patient and kind.<br><br>Dr. Caponio takes his time treating each area with a subluxation and always communicates each adjustment. I’ve been to his office three times, each time receiving the Ring Dinger. My pain went from an 8 to a 3 after the first Ring Dinger. After my second Ring Dinger, I noticed that part of my anxiety in getting the RD is the element of surprise. When I went in for my third, I communicated that to Dr. Caponio and we came up with a plan to allow me to have two full breaths, and then for him to make the adjustment on the third breath. It worked really well! It was super cool that I was able to have that kind of collaboration with my doctor.
