I originally thought this company was good because when they were getting my job Jamie was on top of it . However once he secured my job and it was finished and he was paid as problems have come up it is difficult to get Jamie to stand by his work and fix repairs in a timely manner. This has been my experience. I would not recommend and will not have them do any further work for me. Hope others have a better experience

Penny, we are sorry that your experience ultimately resulted in this review. We take concerns regarding our workmanship seriously. Throughout this project, Capstone returned to address concerns and performed corrective work when issues were brought to our attention. When the most recent condition was reported, we also offered to inspect it before the area was altered or repaired by another contractor. Because there is now an active dispute regarding the project, we do not believe it is appropriate to discuss payment, damage claims, or private project communications in a public review. Capstone will continue to preserve the project record, cooperate with any appropriate independent review, and address legitimate workmanship concerns through the proper process. We stand behind our willingness to have the work objectively evaluated and will cooperate fully with that process. — Jamie Williams Capstone Construction & Remodeling

I cannot recommend Capstone Construction & Remodeling highly enough! They recently built a beautiful deck for us, and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. From the first call to the final walk through, Jamie was incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. What really impressed me was Jamie's commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to building the deck, they repaired a gutter and fixed a gate for us at no extra charge. That level of service is hard to find these days and speaks volumes about his integrity and dedication to his customers. The crew worked extremely hard, completed the project quickly, and paid close attention to every detail. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about delivering a great finished product. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their work and the extra help they provided. Capstone Construction & Remodeling is exactly the kind of local business you want to support—honest, dependable, hardworking, and committed to doing things right. We are thrilled with the results and would gladly hire them again for future projects. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for trusting Capstone Construction & Remodeling with your project. It was truly a pleasure working with you and helping bring your deck project to life. We believe that quality craftsmanship is only part of the job—clear communication, attention to detail, and treating our clients the way we'd want our own families treated are just as important. We're grateful that you noticed the little things, from the deck itself to the gutter and gate repairs. Our goal has always been to leave every project better than we found it and ensure our clients feel taken care of throughout the entire process. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for your trust, hospitality, and support. Reviews like yours mean a great deal to a small local business and help other homeowners feel confident when choosing a contractor. We hope you enjoy your new deck for many years to come, and if there's ever anything we can help with in the future, we'd be honored to work with you again. Thank you for supporting local business and for allowing us to continue Building Foundations for Generations. – Jamie & the Capstone Construction & Remodeling Team

We hired Jamie and his guys to build a double closet in a room that previously had none. They did an exceptional job of making the build look it had always been there...seamless. They were all courteous, and thoughtul about working as quietly as possible for construction given that two people in the household work from home. We highly recommend Capstone for any build out/remodeling need you might have. Affordable, very professional, local and down-to-earth. Thanks Jamie and Crew...you're THE BEST! 5 Stars :)
