Customer service was great but was not very impressed with insulation. Prior to having my windshield replaced, the wires running to my transmitter for my remote start were nicely tucked under the headliner. When reattached after new install, the transmitter just seemed to be slapped on and no attempt to put wires behind headliner. I also noticed there is black sealant on the exterior of the vehicle itself, that I feel should have been cleaned off.
