Tl;Dr Great service, staff, and culture. Would recommend. I'd already got quotes from a few other places but all were outside of my budget or would really crunch things. I called Car-X and spoke to Matt who was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Sometimes folks really get pushy bout tire brands but…

I have been going to the Ames Car-X for a little over a year now. They have added upgraded suspension components and tires to two of my vehicles (sedan and truck), and the service has been excellent at every visit. Great staff, and they do a quality job at a fair price.
