Dale was great to work with, however Cardinal Finance is not. They gave us bad information about a deferment and now won't take any partial payments. MUST pay in FULL.

Dale is great but Cardinal Financial is not, look elsewhere for a home loan.

We have utilized Cardinal Financial for the past 2 years, specifically Dale Prisk. My family and I were in rather horrible situation with our home and had to do a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Once we paid everything off and were seeking a home we found Dale. He not only listened to what we went through but got us in our new home and in exactly 2 years into a conventional loan. I have and will recommend him to anyone seeking loans. He is kind, a great listener, detailed, an excellent communicator, and will go above and beyond to help you.

Cardinal Financial Company is a 5-Star business. Eric Haubenschild/Area Manager was excellent in helping us obtain a home loan and facilitating all the necessary steps for a first time home owner. Eric Haubenschild and his whole team at Cardinal Financial were indescribably helpful, knowledgeable and straightforward through the whole loan process, from start to finish. We’d tried going through someone else before we were recommended to call Eric, and the difference was night and day. He was able to crunch numbers and do all kinds of things that the first person we had tried couldn’t. We would never go to anyone but Eric if or when we ever need to go through this process again. We were very blessed to have him help us!

Their attention to detail is horrible. They ask you for information, you send it to them, then a week later they ask you for the same thing again. I would tell them date and time that I sent it and they make excuses for missing it the first time around. Then they tell you they need more information but then it's the wrong information and you need to send something else. Each time it takes them at least a week to get back to you. After 3 months of this we were told that everything was ready, and we would be contacted, then we hear nothing for another week or two. Then they need more information or they need new updates because another month has rolled by. After 4 1/2 months of them telling us they can do this, they call and say they can't. I would never recommend them to anyone.
