I recently wrote a review stating that the discrepancies I found in the home were not mentioned in the report. But low and behold, they were. The folks at cardinal home inspection reached out to me in a professional manner and showed me proof of the discrepancies noted in the report. Lovely company! Great employees!

Aron Schmid conducted an inspection of my crawl spaces. His report has alerted me of serious problems with humidity, mold and structural damages that I was not aware off. His final report was an excellent start to help me engage with my insurance company to make repairs. This is the second time that I have used Cardinal Services. Each time has helped me preserve and extend the life of my primary home.

Russell completed a very detailed report for is. This included pictures and easy to understand language that gave us complete confidence that our new home was being constructed to specifications and his recommendations were being addressed. His services are already scheduled as construction continues.

Mike Harmon did such a great job with my clients' inspection! Super detailed and thorough and explained everything along the way. Even hopped on the phone with my clients, who live out of town, at the end of the inspection so he could give them the run down. I look forward to using Cardinal in the future!

Exceptional! I’ve used Cardinal Home Inspections for more than five years, across multiple new-home purchases as well as one-year warranty inspections, and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Mike Harmon is incredibly thorough and professional, but what I appreciate most is that he takes the time to explain his findings, answer questions, and make sure you understand what needs to be addressed and why. He doesn’t simply hand you an inspection report and send you on your way—he helps you understand the home and what matters as you move through the process.
When you’ve trusted someone to inspect multiple homes over the years, I think that speaks for itself. Mike and Cardinal Home Inspections have earned my trust, and I recommend them without hesitation.
