I desire blake to be my technician permanently for service. He was knowledgeable and very easy to learn from.
Customer service is excellent and the technicians always know their stuff and fix things quickly. I do bi-yearly maintenance through Cardwell and sometimes they give system recommendations at insane prices, but your typical maintenance is fairly priced. Been using them for the past few years
Blake Berry was prompt and professional. He assessed our issue with our mini split aircon unit and was very direct and informative in explaining the issue and provided options of repairs with prices. All taking time to make sure we understood everything he explained and fielded our questions all in a patient manner. Blake is a great technician and I recommend Cardwell to friends and family and this is just another reason as to why.
