Shauna and the team at care placement helped me find an assisted living facility for my uncle after he had been placed in a nursing facility following a hospital visit. We did not have much time to find a place, visit, and reserve it but Shauna worked quickly and efficiently to help us sort through different options and make a decision quickly. We were able to complete the entire process in less than two weeks thanks to Shauna.

I enjoyed working with Mike from CarePlacement. He and his team helped me select an assisted living facility for my mother. We wanted a place that had good food, and was close to where I live. Sayra, Mike’s assistant, emailed me a matrix chart with at least 5 choices within our price range. The chart was very detailed, with the addresses and phone numbers for each facility, contact person information, estimated price information, as well as a brief description of the facility. It was awesome! Mike encouraged us to tour our choices - we decided to look at three facilities. When we were still having trouble deciding, (and because food was such a big factor) he said to ask to eat lunch there! I never would have thought of that. That really helped us choose our favorite. The facilities were very accommodating and we were able to get individualized ideas of what kind of experience my mother would have if she lived at each one. All through this process, Mike checked in with me by phone, letting me know that he was there if I needed any further support. Helping elderly parents to age safely and happily as their abilities begin to decline is a stressful and emotional experience. It was comforting for me to know that Mike, Sayra, and Care Placement had my back!

I can’t say enough good things about Mike Ortman! He went above and beyond to help us during our search and made the whole process so much easier. He was always responsive, informative, and genuinely cared about finding the right fit for us. Even though we chose a different option, I’m so thankful for his help. After a medical incident with my father, Michael Ortman and his team at Care Placement took an immediate role as an advisor and advocate for our family. His deep knowledge of the field of providers and ability to quickly make contact/gather pricing based on our requirements while also protecting family/contact details was a time saver I don't think I can even begin to estimate.
