I can't say enough good things about Carl's Appliance. You may be able to find what you're looking for in a "big box" store, but you will NOT find the friendly and knowledgeable sales/service team at Carl's. For DYI repair projects, Carl's has something far more valuable than parts: ADVICE! Aaron is just outstanding when it comes to tips on how to make your repair successful. And if you aren't able to figure out an issue (as in my case), Service Technician Jeff was prompt and polite and pointed out to me the flaw I had overlooked. And Sam at the parts counter/reception desk couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, even though I probably bugged her whining about the washing machine issue I was having. To sum up: If you're looking for appliances (or help repairing them), the super nice people at Carl's know what they're doing and the experience is one that will leave you with no doubts about where to turn the next time an appliance misbehaves.

Carl’s appliance just hit it out of the park for our recent purchase. Visited their showroom on Monday. They had the dishwasher we wanted in stock and delivered and installed it by Wednesday! The two gentlemen who did the installation were friendly and professional. Definitely will be back for our next appliance purchase! Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Mark Coleman our salesman was absolutely fantastic! He was so honest with us that I ended up buying four separate appliances. He was extremely helpful and his honesty was unbelievable! We were so impressed with him that we had to buy our washing machine & dryer also so I ended up buying six appliances from Mark. It was the great products and his presentation of them which was very, very helpful that I will buy all my appliances from him and appreciate his honesty again. Wally & Doreen Bednard

Just purchased 2 appliances from Carls and couldn’t be any happier. Great service inside the store and thought Kurt and Ben did a great job with delivery. We even got to meet Annie, Carl’s mascot.

Stopped in to get a part for an older washer, part was not available, but the guy said he could order it on line and I could pick it up when it came in, about 3-5 days. Said the part would be $73 and some change. I left, came home Google the part, ordered it from Amazon for $6.95 and had it shipped to my home, received it the next day and put it on that night. Thought by using local would be better, but in my case..it was not. Talk about price gouging...

I came in with a question about a part I had ordered from LG, Aaron was fantastic! So kind and patient and knowledgeable. I wish I had ordered the part from this place first because LG “support” is just a bunch of robots and you can never talk to a human. I will definitely be supporting and recommending this small business in the future! Thank you Aaron!

Excellent experience so far. Went in to purchase a fridge knowing just what we wanted. Sarah was amazing, did not try to up sell, but found us just what we wanted. Had to order which we figured would be the case. Will deliver and cart away old fridge. They have their own service dept and technicians and will even give you a loner fridge if yours quits before new one comes in. Received fridge right on time, a little early actually, with a great delivery experience. Young men who delivered called to say they were on their way with plenty of notice and delivery was seamless, including taking great care of new flooring while bringing fridge in. Highly recommend Carl's Appliances in Grand Blanc!

Originally purchased two appliances from Carl's because it's a local place that will do maintenance if needed. One appliance was out of the box and was assured it worked properly. After sending out two different technicians and having to take videos of my appliance and a family's member with same appliance, it was damaged. Years later purchased another appliance and it was damaged. Waited months for the replacement part. They did send an employee out to replace the part instead of husband having to do it.
