Carla is very knowledgeable and caring. She's the first nutritionist that looked at recent blood work I had done and we made some adjustments. I love that we are also looking at the ingredients and how they could effect my organs. She is the best.

Carla is amazing, she took the time to go thru all my medical history including labs and the trends in blood tests over time and looked through my numerous supplements and gave her feedback and recommendations as to how to approach them in a more efficient way. Going into this I did not know what to expect. I found my dietitian, Carla to be very personable and genuinely invested in getting to know me, getting to know my history and in developing a starting point specific to my needs. She truly listened and presented advice and support. I am so happy with the initial plan we developed and look forward to continuing to work together.
I have worked with Carla for about 8 months now. I was borderline diabetic with an A1C of 6. As of today my A1C is a 5.6 out of pre-diabetic range. Very thankful!!
