Great service and great staff! My car needed a lot of work done and the team at Carlax got it done quickly. My car ended up not needing a particular service so I was charged less than my initial estimate, can’t beat that kind of honesty! I would highly recommend Carlax to anyone needing auto repair!

I was surprised at how great the customer care is. They make sure you have understood all the issues with you car and explain everything in detail. Bruce and his staff are great. This is my first experience with them since they took over Quality Automotive. We had been family friends with the previous owner. Bruce really went out of his way to do a complicated repair for us and saved us thousands of dollars over what a dealer wanted to charge. We highly recommend Bruce and his staff.
