I’ve bought and sold dozens of commercial and residential properties in multiple states, using several different realtors, and I can honestly say that Amanda and Carol Lott are two of the best realtors I’ve had the pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond my highest expectations. Since we live in Nashville, they took it upon themselves to meet with several contractors numerous times, making sure our property was in the best condition to enter the market.

We have worked with Carol and Amanda before and knew they give great guidance whether you are buying or selling. They did a walk-through with us and had suggestions on what to do to help the house show at its best as well as the right price point for listing. We had a contract five days after listing. The Lott Team is the best!
