Customers report that Carolina Dream Clean provides thorough residential and move-out cleaning services, with frequent praise for punctual arrivals, responsive communication, and detailed work. Reviewers note that the company often schedules appointments quickly and accommodates specific requests, though one critic found that a deep clean did not meet expected standards for the price paid, leaving several areas uncleaned despite follow-up attempts.

Great experience with Gabriela & the house is so clean. Would recommend to anyone
I have had several cleaning companies, but none of them lived up to my standards. Always something was missed. The owner never followed up with me to see if I was satisfied. Well, today was my first cleaning with Carolina Dream Team and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Gabriela arrived on time, she was personable and understood my instructions. She took her time in each in every room. All of my bathrooms and my kitchen are spotless! The beds were made up perfectly. There’s not one thing I can say that wasn’t done to my standards. I am requesting Gabriela to come to my home every month. I have very high standards and I am 100% satisfied. I can’t thank them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this cleaning company! As a working wife and mom with teenagers, I felt like keeping up with the house was becoming more and more overwhelming. After having back surgery a few years ago, I realized that trying to do everything myself wasn’t always realistic anymore. Honestly, it was hard for me to admit that I needed help. As women, we often feel like we’re supposed to do it all—but sometimes asking for help is exactly what we need to do for ourselves and our families. I scheduled a deep clean, and it came at exactly the right time. Walking into a clean, fresh home was such a relief. It took a huge weight off my shoulders and gave me back some time and energy to focus on the things that really matter. When my kids came home, they were so amazed by the house! It was honestly so nice to see their reaction. The whole experience felt like a reset for our family—a reset we didn’t even realize we needed. There was something about having the house completely refreshed that made everything feel a little lighter. The team did an amazing job, and I’m so grateful I decided to reach out. If you’ve been putting off getting help because you feel like you “should” be able to do it all yourself, take it from me—you don’t have to! Sometimes giving yourself a little help is the best thing you can do. Highly recommend! ❤️
