Bill, with all due respect, we don't want to work with you. First, some accuracy for the readers. We installed Bill's fence 3 years ago. A tree fell on it recently. This was not a repair job we botched or neglected under warrenty, as your review implies. It was a request for new work, and we declined. Here's why. Our first job with you should have taken one day. It took three, because you insisted we install the fence in the most unorthodox way we've ever been asked to. At the end, I told you plainly that my schedule was wrecked and there was no profit left in the job, and I asked for something to cover the extra two days. You offered nothing. I didn't push. I chalked it up as a lesson in business and moved on. That lesson got confirmed twice. A good friend of mine did grading and forestry mulching for you. His words afterward: "I never want to work with that guy again." I also had a signed contract to build you a screen room, and I walked away from it. Business owners don't walk away from signed work without a serious reason. Look at our 190+ five-star reviews. Then look at this one. The common denominator isn't us, sir. It's you. One star. Terrible to work with. I think that review belongs to you, not me. - Doug
