I loved how quick the service was, customer service is modern and quick. Our rug looks and smells like new. We had a lot of surface heavy stains and they are all gone. I did flip it and some heavier stains are still on the bottom side but for the most part what is surface level is all gone and looks like new. (This rug was heavy use and never cleaned 5+ years).The guys that came to do the job were so nice and quick.

The service was great! The workers came in introduced themselves and proceeded to start cleaning my carpet (4 bedrooms). It’s a new construction so I didn’t have any prior stains but feels good knowing the carpet is super clean!!
