Customers report that Carpet Pro Cleaners offers professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning with punctual arrival times and clear communication regarding appointments. Reviewers frequently note thorough stain removal, furniture moving, and fair pricing, while some mention the company's use of environmentally friendly products. One recurring criticism involves the excessive noise generated by their van-based equipment, and another notes a discrepancy regarding service area boundaries despite the company's proximity to the customer's location.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would from the minute I called. The customer service goes above and beyond Aiden and Chaz worked very hard in my home. They did a basement carpet a bedroom carpet and area carpet stairs and a few other areas… including cleaning and sealing two bathrooms.
These guys worked their tails off not only do I highly recommend them. I suggest if you do hire them you make sure you do not forget to tip them. They go above and beyond.
I’ve used other companies And I’ve known the minute they left, but I was not satisfied not the case with these two my home looks amazing. I have two big English Golden retrievers. They worked around them and they certainly made my house much cleaner and smelling much nicer.

Thank you so much, Tracey! You are a 10 Star Customer! Aiden and Chaz we're proud to show off their plate of cookies; they said it was a joy working with you. We appreciate your kind words and you taking care of our technicians. Hope you are having a wonderful October and we look forward to seeing you for any future projects!
We had them clean a very large rug from our screened porch. Years of smoking and pets and pollen left it very stained. I was considering buying a new rug. Carpet Pros picked it up and cleaned it in their shop. They did the "rug bathing" treatment, several times, over the weekend and returned it this morning. They moved furniture and got everything put back in place. Very friendly. Rug looks new. Highly recommend.

Thank you for leaving us two glowing 5-star reviews, Timothy! We love to receive praise for the technicians, as they put so much effort into all of their work - as I'm sure you noticed. We'll be sure to let Aiden know he has another satisfied customer!
Carpet Pro Cleaners are the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. Their attention to detail and quality products keep us coming back over and over again. Our technician, Zach, is always prompt, friendly and informative. I've learned so much about our carpets and rugs from him. In addition, the consistency with the same tech each time means he knows our carpets and our trouble spots. Their spray cleaner is the only thing that gets our pet stains out between treatments. We really couldn't be happier with their cleans and recommend them to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Carpet Pro Clean and was very impressed with their service. I read all the reviews before choosing this company, and I’m glad I did. The team was professional, efficient, and did a great job in a short amount of time. I believe the gentleman’s name was Zack, and he was training a young lady—both of them were wonderful to work with. My carpets are a bit dated, but they managed to make them look fresh and revived. Highly recommend!
