Google reviewers praise Carpet Pro Cleaners for punctual arrival, clear communication, and thorough stain removal on carpets, rugs, and upholstery. Customers highlight fair pricing, helpful advice, and professional conduct, noting that the company often resolves pet or coffee stains effectively. One lower-rated review criticized streaking on a rug and the staff's dismissal of the issue, though this was an isolated complaint among the predominantly positive feedback.

Zach and Chaz were amazing! They explained everything to me about what to expect however they certainly undersold themselves, they got out almost every stain from a VERY dirty (dog fluid -contaminated) carpet. It was so bad I thought our only option was to replace it but I couldn’t make that happen before we hosted a Halloween party. They gave us some more years!! I also had them do a sofa which also looks amazing. They also double checked the quote charged me a little less because I didn’t need my entire sofa cleaned, I think that shows incredible integrity. I will be using them for our upstairs carpets very soon. Five stars!!! Thank you gentlemen!!
I am so impressed with this group of professionals. They did an incredible job cleaning our office carpets. We have adults and children coming to our office, often, eating snacks, drinking sodas, and we had coffee, stains and food stains in the carpet and these folks cleaned all of it up. It’s as if it’s brand new. We are forever customers 💜
First time using a carpet cleaning service and I was very impressed with Zach and Chaz professional and courteous manner. They explained everything in detail and answered any concerns. The carpets looks amazingly better overall. I will use them again when needed.

Thank you for your review! Zach and Chaz will be thrilled to hear your kind words as well. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
We have an old dog prone to accidents. We chose CarpetPro to clean our carpets after one of those accidents. They responded quickly and made an appointment for the next day. They were punctual, professional and did an amazing job. They explained the entire process before working and gave us confidence that we chose correctly. I highly recommend CarpetPro. As a comment, we chose them from a Yelp search and 5-star reviews. But once we asked for a quote on Yelp, we received about 10 other carpet cleaning companies in addition to CarpetPro. So be very careful using Yelp since they send leads to companies that pay for the leads in addition to the company you chose.

We’ve used Carpet Pro Cleaners multiple times, including cleaning the carpet throughout our upstairs, as well as a rug and our sectional, and we’ve had a great experience every time. Aiden and Chaz were friendly, professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality and took the time to answer all of our questions, offering helpful recommendations on how to better maintain our carpet going forward. It’s clear they genuinely care about their work and their customers. We really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend Carpet Pro Cleaners!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review, Ben, Aiden and Chaz will be glad to hear your kind words! We look forward to seeing you again.
I had the carpets cleaned after renting a house for years, Aiden and Leo did an amazing job! Aiden was so kind and gave me advice on how best to treat our floors, and both he and Leo even turned their machines off stood guard on the doors and stairs just so I could get my cat out from where he was hiding. It may have been small act to them but it was a huge help to me when I was stressed! That’s the kind of service that will keep me coming back to this local business in the future. :) Thank you Aiden and Leo!

Thank you so much for your review, Carrie! Aiden and Leo will be thrilled to hear your kind words, and we look forward to working with you in the future!
Aiden and Leo arrived on time and were very courteous, professional, and efficient. Aiden confirmed and explained each part of the service they were to perform. The carpet looks and feels much cleaner and the circles that remain from the machine are very satisfying :) IMO the machine seemed to "clean" better than just the standard spray and suction method. It seems that the rotating brushes performed better and made the carpet look better as well. I would definitely use them again in the future. I booked a whole house cleaning prior to moving in.
