I could not have been happier and would highly recommend this company. The sales person came to my home and was respectful and low pressure but with lots of knowledge. I was really impressed with the flooring recommendations and the samples sent to my home. Once I chose the flooring I wanted I was scheduled for installation within a month (large projects are harder to schedule). The crew showed up on time and ready to work on the day they were scheduled. They worked really hard and finished early. The installation is beautiful. The crew was kind to my whole family (my children too). I was comfortable having them in my home. I would use this company again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

Their sales people are knowledgeable and professional, and I particularly appreciated Sherrie, who steered me in the right direction and suggested some great options at different price points. She explained the process thoroughly and there were no surprises at all. The team that installed the carpet - Tony and his two friends - were punctual, worked hard and communicated well. Great service from sales to installation. I was worried about the outcome as the carpet has a pattern but the installer did an awesome job. Love the stair runners. Couldn’t be more perfect.

From start to finish my experience with Carpet To Go was excellent. I was first impressed at how soon they emailed me back and set up a measurement appointment for my space and flooring needs. The representative that came out was on time, kind, informative, and very helpful in answering my questions. Scheduling was a breeze and the two man team, headed by Roman, who removed my old floors and installed my new lvp floors were professional, on time, and meticulous when it came to the small details. My new floors are beautiful and the entire Carpet To Go team has been nothing short of wonderful. I highly recommend using their services and supporting a local company.

We have used Carpet To Go twice in the last couple of years and in each instance, our expectations have been exceeded. At every point in the process from ordering, measuring, through installation they have a team of dedicated, knowledgable staff that strive to go well beyond the bare minimum of customer service. Working with them really does set yourself up for a house project that goes smoothly.

Holy moly!!!!!!! Boy am I a super happy camper with the outcome of the quality of carpet, the customer service, and the attention to detail of the installers. I was taken very well of from start to finish. Everyone at Carpet-to-Go was super accommodating. Suffice to say, I am a very picky and discerning customer. Carpet isn't cheap, and so I expect the best money can buy. But I also want to be sure my homes security, my pristine walls, my furniture, etc are all going to be A-Okay. In service advisor who came to my house to do all of the measurements took very careful work to ensure he was saving every bit of money I could and not run into a situation where I was left with a ton of extra scraps at the end. The 2 installation coordinators were also incredibly attentive with sending me my warranty and carpet care information. They were very prompt to answer all questions and to ensure that my home would be properly cared for. Lastly, the installers came and were not only highly respectful, very attentive to detail, but also incredibly thorough. They simply missed NOTHING! They were all incredibly detail-oriented and made sure to not miss anything. I can honestly say, this whole experience was incredibly pleasant and worry-free. I really love my carpet. The 10lb upgrade of the padding was well worth it. I can't believe what I was missing all those years vs. the "builders upgraded carpet" that I had previously. The old stuff was very lacking. The new stuff is just as nice as a 5-star hotels carpets. (I know, I have stayed at some to speak on this matter.) So, all of the good and only 1 small Itty bitty "bad"...the new carpet and/or padding does smell a little after fresh installation. But that only lasted for about a week. I had made sure to vacuum a lot, as well as change the HVAC filter and used three different HEPA filters strategically placed around the house. Smell was gone pretty quickly. Literally, that was the only "con" throughout this whole process. To Carpet-to-Go, I apologize for being such a high maintenance customer and sorry for all of the questions. I now know I really had nothing to worry about. You all really put my mind at ease. Truly one of the BEST consumer experiences I've ever had. Thank you! /jim akagi

We have an excellent experience w/ replacing our family room carpet using the service of Carpet To Go. They arrived at our home on time bringing various samples of carpets for us to evaluate. They follow up w/ a larger sample to make sure no surprise. Paperwork to confirm our purchase were complete and thorough. Installation was done expertly. We were given a choice of where the seam to be located. The carpet and padding are both very high quality at a fair price. I highly recommend Carpet To Go for your next carpet purchase
