They redeemed themselves after months of incorrect information from a sales person regarding warranty on the carpet. Once resolved, Bob was excellent to work with in resolving the claim. The installation was quick and done well. I was unable to communicate with them regarding something I wanted them to do because they spoke little English amd I spoke little Spanish. Regardless of the challenges, I am pleased.

Elizabeth Hopkins, salesperson- guided through our selection and purchase of new pergo living room & bedroom floor. She was very experienced and professional- easy to work with. As was the lady technician she sent to do the measurements. The installers were neat, precise, and fast workers. Very nice experience.

Diego arrived on time, he introduced himself and was very polite. He got right to work putting in new padding under a section of carpet in our basement. He did an excellent job!! We’re very happy with the results!
