Chris worked with us with a smile even though we changed our minds several times. Thankfully, he encouraged us to look at the samples in our own house before making a final decision and he couldn't have been more right. We absolutely love the end product. The LVP flooring and carpet looks fantastic and was way more affordable than other places. The work crew that came tore out and replaced flooring in 2/3 of our whole house in 3 days. They were very friendly and super hard, thorough workers. They even had me walk around when they were done to see if they had missed anything. I found a couple minor things and they came back the next day and completed those very quickly. Super satisfied all the way around!
Excellent service in store, very helpful in picking out our carpet. Installation guys were friendly, quick and did a good job cleaning up! Happy all around with our experience!
My family recently moved to the area and our amazing realtor provided us with a couple options to get an estimate for new carpeting and flooring. Carrie met with us and took her time to listen to our wants and needs. I can’t thank her and the gentlemen who installed our carpeting and flooring for getting it done so quickly. Wonderful experience from showroom to carpet installation. Terry showed me several types of carpet and made helpful suggestions. Very professional and friendly. Carpet installers were on time and finished at the exact time given for the installation. The men were efficient, friendly, professional and worked non-stop until the job was complete. I was very impressed with those young men. An excellent experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend CarpetsPlus Colortile to anyone.
We've purchased LVP flooring with CarpetsPlus 3 different times for our home. Every time we've loved the flooring and were very happy with their service. The Sales Consultants and installers were helpful, gave good and consistent communication, and were always respectful. They will be our go-to for any future flooring needs.
