I’ve been looking for something different for the master/guest bathrooms in my new-build home. I’m glad I stopped by here. Dustin is very knowledgeable. They have some truly unique pieces, colors, and textures—and the store offers even more than that. This will be my go-to shop from now on.

We chose this company based on the positive reviews and the fact that they carried the specific flooring we had already researched and wanted.
Paul was nice and helpful during our initial visit, and we appreciated his willingness to accommodate our tight timeline. Unfortunately, the biggest challenge throughout the process was communication, particularly after full payment was made.
While the installation was completed within our requested timeframe, I do wonder if the quick turnaround impacted the overall quality. We were told the crew would notify us each day when they finished so we could return to lock up the house, but that never happened. We also had a couple of questions prior to installation that went unanswered.
Following the installation, we reached out to Paul with concerns regarding the flooring in certain areas, a toilet that was not reinstalled correctly, and a few other minor issues that needed attention. Unfortunately, we never received a response or follow-up to address these concerns.
Overall, we appreciated their ability to work within our timeline, but the lack of communication and follow-through was disappointing. We had also planned to use them for our kitchen countertop replacements, but ultimately decided to go with another company because of these concerns.

We had a very positive experience working with Dustin and Paul . I have a hard time making up my mind and what I want when there’s so much cost involved and time and effort. Especially when I don’t plan to redo anything for a lot of years. Dustin was very helpful once I selected a vinyl flooring to point out that I needed a heavier grade because the color I was focusing on, would’ve not been suitable for my situation. I was glad that he was able to find the same color with a better grade. He was also helpful in find me a carpet color that matched the flooring very well. Dustin has an eye for design and color when it came to selecting the tile for my bathrooms. Sometimes my budget wouldn’t go with what I really liked, but he would help me find things that were suitable and went well with my other tile choices. There was a few misunderstanding between my husband, my tile installer, and myself on the amount of tile to order. Dustin tried to question that, but when it was corrected, he was willing to work with us on the error that was made by my own misunderstandings. I would recommend this company to help you with any of your flooring and tile design needs. They worked within our budget as they help us in making selections and gave us suggestions for what would go with our color schemes to flow smoothly throughout our house. The materials are good quality. We did not use their installers so I cannot speak on that area.
