As an engineer turned project manager, who is a car junkie at heart (I drive a Subaru STI for reference), I cannot be more impressed with CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision Center. They earned a customer for life. - Quality of the work is great. Couldn't see any shimmering or waves in the trunk lid paint where the dent was pulled out. Replacement rear bumper was perfectly color matched and there were NO teardrops. (unlike the last time I was rear-ended). This place knows how to paint properly! - Customer service was incredible. Caroline called me every Tue & Thu as promised. An adherence to Standard Work like that requires discipline and I can tell that they run a tight ship just from that small detail alone. God forbid anything ever happens to my cars again, but if it ever does, I know exactly where to go. A+++, 10/10, Asian Dad approved.
