Most of the plants purchased were infested with pests. Thrips, scale, spider mites, aphids, and more. Wouldn’t answer any of my calls or messages trying to refund or exchange the plants. Terrible!
I just bought a lemon tree at Casa Planta. We are not very happy with their costumers service The person at the front seat didn’t really look like he wanted to help us or answer our questions about the tree. He didn’t offer to help us to put it in the car or ever offer some paper he had next to him to wrap it to put it on the car.
