We are so glad we chose "Casas Roof" to install a new roof on the 55 year old house we inherited after Grandma's passing. They are a total first class company to work with, honest and upfront. Very important when you are spending thousands of dollars.
In our situation, the house to be re-roofed was vacant and Angel, the project manager, was so professional, courteous, and accommodating that he 1) did the initial estimate on a Sunday morning unattended by us, 2) updated us daily with work in progress images, 3) informed us of issues discovered once the old roof is removed and presented us with reasonably priced solutions and 4) drove over 18 miles several times to our primary residence to personally pick-up payment checks, and on the final payment pick-up to also drop off the garage remote control.
The quality of the work by "Casas Roof" is excellent. The crew is respectful and hard working. The times that we were on site you could tell that the crew worked well together.
You too will be pleased should you select "Casas Roof" for any roofing project. If we were to choose any three words to describe "Casas Roof" those words would be "Professional", "Accommodating", and most importantly "Honest".

Carlos was right on time and very professional. He inspected the roof on the property thoroughly and generated a clear summary along with and estimate. Everything was done in a timely manner and all questions were clearly answered. I recommend Casas Roof Inc.
Casas Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. They removed and disposed of two layers of shingles and removed and reinstalled my solar panels. They very clearly explained my options for a few needed repairs and got my roof back to top condition before applying new shingles. They were very professional, always showing up when they said they would and working hard every day until the project was finished. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication was clear and frequent and I was always kept in the loop. My new roof looks great and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. Before I hired them I personally visited three of their completed projects and spoke with seven different homeowners, all of whom gave glowing recommendations and couldn't find a single negative thing to say. It is clear to me that they deserve their five star rating and I am proud to add my name to their list of satisfied customers. I highly recommend them, with no reservations whatsoever.

Alex, Thank you for leaving us this great detailed review. The presidential shingles that you chose will keep your home protected for many decades. The color also blends in very nice with your home. The ponding issue on the flat roof should also be taken care of and the new TPO roof will provide much more solar reflectivity.
Thank you again for trusting in us with your Roofing project!
