Customers frequently praise the company for punctual arrivals, clear communication, and careful handling of furniture during local and long-distance relocations. Reviewers note that pricing is reasonable, with some moves finishing under the initial quote, while staff are described as professional and helpful. A recurring criticism in lower-rated feedback involves inconsistent performance by replacement crew members who placed items randomly without asking for specific instructions.

Cascade Movers had the highest star rating reviews of any other moving company that I researched before my move. This move was an unexpected move and very stressful for various reasons. I called several other moving companies and was turned off by the apathetic, disinterested tone of the voice on the other end of the line. Cascade Movers presented themselves in a friendly, enthusiastic, kind, efficient, prompt, an infinitely helpful manner.
The two particular gentleman that showed up for my move were competent and efficient, and strong💪. I am so grateful that I didn’t have to manage this move on my own.
Next time I have to move I am definitely hiring Cascade Movers.
It was a fantastic moving experience. It was easy and quick to set up the move. The cost was very reasonable, and communication throughout the process was clear and accurate with timely reminders to facilitate the process.Nakia and Kaiden were prompt courteous and thoroughly professional. The move was done quickly and efficiently, handling my goods with care and respect. I would definitely recommend this company if you want an stress-free moving experience.

Reviewing now after the third time I’ve used these guys. All three moves have been fantastic. One move was in a large truck from out of state, one was in-town, and the third was within the same complex.
The movers were timely and worked hard. They took care of items that were all sizes and shapes, making sure to handle fragile things with extra care. Every group that has come has done excellent work and completed it in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this company; great pricing, considerate employees, and always a job well done.

Moving from Springfield, Oregon to Albuquerque, New Mexico was a huge undertaking, and Cascade Moving & Logistics made the entire experience far easier than we ever expected.
From day one, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. Every conversation and interaction had a personal touch that made us feel confident we had chosen the right company. Instead of feeling like just another customer, we felt like they genuinely cared about making our move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Everything arrived safely, the team was friendly and professional throughout the process, and they consistently went above and beyond our expectations.
If you’re considering a move—whether it’s across town or across the country—don’t waste your time with one of the big national companies. Support a local business that truly earns its reputation. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and recommend Cascade Moving & Logistics without hesitation. Five stars!
